OliverMcMillan Confirms 8 New Retailers for Buckhead Atlanta

ATLANTA (Sept. 18, 2014) – OliverMcMillan has confirmed eight new retailers for Buckhead Atlanta, as the new world-class destination for shopping, dining, dwelling and working prepares for its first tenants to open their doors. The diverse roster of new stores is led by fashion icon Dior, one of the world’s leading luxury brands, and also includes Jonathan Adler, BONOBOS and Alice + Olivia.

Dior, one of the premiere heritage fashion brands in the world, will open its first freestanding store in Atlanta at Buckhead Atlanta. Developer OliverMcMillan has commenced site preparation for the new parcel in the 8-acre, 6-block district to house the fashion giant. Vertical construction will start this fall on the building that will house the 5,026 square-foot Dior flagship store plus additional space for soon-to-be-announced retailers and restaurants.

The list of domestic and international retailers continues to grow at Buckhead Atlanta. Newly announced stores are:

Renowned fragrance, fashion and beauty brand Dior will open its 5,026-square-foot space in a new building between Peachtree Road and Bolling Way; Modern home furnishings designer Jonathan Adler will bring mid-century modern art- and global pop culture-inspired designs to its 3,491-square-foot space on Peachtree Street in the district; Chic women’s apparel and accessories purveyor Alice + Olivia will open its first Atlanta store in a 1,564-square-foot space on Buckhead Avenue; Top menswear designer BONOBOS will open its first Atlanta Guideshop in a 1,308-square-foot space on Bolling Way; Luxury intimate apparel boutique La Perla will open its first Atlanta store in 1,870 square feet on Bolling Way;

Offering designer eyewear at a revolutionary price, Warby Parker will open its first Atlanta location in a 2,045-square-foot space on Buckhead Avenue; Women’s fashion boutique INTERMIX will bring its eye for curation to Buckhead Atlanta  in a 2,178-square-foot store on Bolling Way; Blending modern American ideals with European styling, Courage. b opens its first Atlanta clothing boutique in a 1,806-square-foot space on Buckhead Avenue.

Buckhead Atlanta now has 37 confirmed restaurants and shops. The first shops will open on Sept. 18 in the district that boasts cobblestone streets and gorgeous landscaped common areas. Then, a new retailer or restaurant will open its doors each week through the end of the year and into 2015.
